Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our services. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  • If you cancel your booking before 45 days of the departure date, you will be eligible for a 25% refund on the total amount paid.
  • If you cancel your booking before 30 days of the departure date, you will be eligible for a 20% refund on the total amount paid.
  • If you cancel your booking before 25 days of the departure date, no refunds will be provided.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our customer service team via email or mail. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

In case of any unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.

We recommend that our customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen events that may result in cancellation or interruption of their trip.
